Organisational Behaviour
Organisational Behaviour is the study and application of knowledge about how people act within organisations. It is a human tool for human benefits. It applies to the behaviour of people at work in all types of organizations: public, private, cooperative sector, commercial or service organisations. Whatever organisations are, there is a need to understand organisational behaviour. Organisational Behaviour subject is included in MBA, B.COM and BBA, so students can find the list of important topics on this page. This page is a humble attempt to incorporate the necessary topics under Organisational Behaviour.
Since these topics caters to the syllabi of most of the Indian Universities, I hope it would serve as useful text for the students of MBA, M.Com, M.C.A, B.tech and other courses in management.
